» About Dogfight

DOGFIGHT is a total conversion mod for Half-Life 2, placing players in the shoes - and flight goggles - of the intrepid World War I fighter pilots at the dawn of combat aviation. Featuring a wealth of period-specific aircraft, weaponry, and environments, players fight to the death in intense multiplayer battles in the skies over the battlefields of Europe as a soldier of the Central or Entente Powers.

Currently, there are three aircraft for each side, each with their own unique statistics in the areas of agility, speed, and durability. Each also has its own unique machinegun. The aircraft currently included for the Central Powers are the Albatross D.II, the Fokker Dr.I, and the Pfalz D.III. For the Entente Powers, there are the Sopwith Triplane, the Nieuport 17, and the Sopwith 1 1/2 Strutter.
